Lime Pickles
These lime pickles go really well with ham. Can't keep them on the shelf. They are worth the wait.
Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick
This is a great butternut squash soup with a kick recipe that will warm you up in a hurry. It's great any time of year. You can adjust the amounts of jalapeño, ginger, and sour cream to whatever you like. You can vary the amount of sour cream depending on how hot you want the soup to taste.
Quick Mango Salsa
A fruity salsa, great with pita chips. One guy I know was gonna pay me to make this for him. I like to let mine sit for at least an hour and give it a stir every so often. However, if you want to eat it right away.
