This cilantro lime rice is easy and delicious! Great with salmon, chicken, or turkey tacos.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 cups chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest

Gather all ingredients.

Bring water and salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in rice and butter. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.

Just before serving, add cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest.
