This is the best batch of margaritas on the rocks you'll ever make! Everybody wants the recipe after enjoying one of these.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt , or as needed
  • 8 cups ice , or as needed
  • 2 cups sweet and sour mix
  • 1.5 cups gold tequila
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 0.33 cups brandy-based orange liqueur , such as Grand Marnier
  • 2 limes , quartered

Instructions

    Gather all ingredients.

    To salt the rims of your glasses: Pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rims of the glasses with lime, and press them into the salt.

    Fill 8 glasses with ice.

    Combine sweet and sour mix, tequila, triple sec, and orange liqueur in a blender or pitcher.

    Pour into glasses, squeeze a quarter lime into each glass, and serve.
