- 1 cup greens , or more as needed
- 0.5 cups feta crumbles
- 0.33 cups slivered almonds
- 0.33 cups Champagne salad dressing
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 0.5 honeydews melon
- 1/2 cantaloupe

Combine spring mix, feta crumbles, and shaved almonds in a large bowl. Add champagne salad dressing, toss well, and set aside.

Very carefully wrap the prosciutto around 1 wedge of melon at a time and place on top of the salad mixture. Repeat with remaining melon and prosciutto.
