I found this Mexican jicama snack recipe while on a trip to Mexico. It is a great snack that is crunchy, has great flavor, and is very healthy. My kids love this and they can help make it. Happy crunching!

Ingredients

  • 1 large jicama
  • 2 limes , juiced
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper , or to taste

Instructions

    Peel jicama; cut into French fry-sized sticks. Toss jicama with lime juice and cayenne pepper in a bowl to coat.
