What's better than cheesecake with a chocolate-cookie crust? I don't know what to say about this recipe other than it is decadent and hard to resist.
Brazilian Carrot Cake
A traditional favorite in my family, Brazilian carrot cake is very different from the American version. The popular cake is topped with homemade chocolate frosting, and perfect to serve with a glass of milk or tea.
Banana Bran Zucchini Bread
This is extremely moist and gets you fiber from not only fruits AND veggies, but bran AND whole wheat too! It is truly a guilt free comfort food, and because it is low fat, it is even yummier the day after. Feel free to cut down on the sugar or maple syrup by personal preference.
