A chicken burger the whole family enjoys! Natasha is my eldest daughter, and her eyes light up when I announce we're having these for dinner. The onion can be finely chopped, but with three kids, we prefer grating it so as to hide it. I usually serve these with mashed potatoes and Caesar salad for a very comforting meal!

These 3-ingredient sausage balls are a real crowd pleaser, whether you serve them as a breakfast or brunch treat, a party appetizer, a game-day nibble, or a holiday hors d'oeuvre. Savory sausage, store-bought biscuit mix, and sharp Cheddar cheese team up for a yummy savory flavor that can't be beaten! My family makes these every Christmas morning.

This strawberry rhubarb crumble has a superb balance of sweet and tart and a crumble that delivers both a hint of lemon zest and the rich flavor of almonds. Served warm or at room temperature, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, it's the ultimate spring dessert.
Deep-Fried Morel Mushrooms
These deep-fried morels are breaded in a herby, cracker crust. Morel mushrooms are the prime rib of mushrooms — we hunt them every spring. Deep-fried until crispy, these morels are full of earthy, nutty flavor. You won't be able to stop eating them.
