Make this peach sauce in advance for sourdough pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups cold peach-flavored tea , such as Celestial Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 cups diced peaches
  • 0.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoons grated nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

    Whisk tea and cornstarch together in a small bowl; transfer to a saucepan. Add peaches and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just boiling, 2 to 3 minutes.
