- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cups diced peaches
- 0.5 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons grated nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Whisk tea and cornstarch together in a small bowl; transfer to a saucepan. Add peaches and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just boiling, 2 to 3 minutes.
