Mezcal Old Fashioned
Try this mezcal old fashioned. It's a twist on an old fashioned cocktail, but it uses mezcal instead of whiskey. The mezcal gives it a smoky flavor, while the añejo tequila balances out the smoke while giving the drink a golden hue with hints of oak, reminiscent of whiskey.
Gracie's Amazing Vegetarian Burritos
These are quick and easy to make, as well as incredibly tasty and filling. One of my husband's very favorite dishes, he always stuffs himself with one too many! Serve with grape tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream, and fresh guacamole. You can use any wrap instead of the flour tortillas, if desired.
The Best Beef Carpaccio
This is the best beef carpaccio, and also easy to make at home. Cold, tender, rich beef, sliced paper thin and plated with a tangy, salty sauce, Parmesan shavings, briny capers, and baby arugula is a surprisingly simple but sophisticated appetizer.
