Baked Butter Beans
These baked butter beans are zesty with a hint of sweet, and hearty enough to have guests at your BBQ making marriage proposals. The secret ingredients are the steak sauce and celery seed. I make this with bell pepper when serving to a crowd but when it's just the two of us, I substitute jalapeno pepper for more heat.

This delicious meatball recipe comes from my Italian grandfather. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and a side of veggies for a carb-conscious meal!
French Onion Beef and Noodles
This French onion beef and noodle dish tastes like an onion-y beef stroganoff topped with tasty fried onions. It's fancy enough for adults but very approachable for littles, too.
