Chinese Tea Eggs
These tea eggs are one of my favorite dishes and traditional lucky food to make for the Lunar New Year. The hard-boiled eggs are subtly flavored with anise and have a deep brown hue from black tea and soy. The marbled patterns from the cracked shells make these quite attractive. Recipe courtesy of Mom.
Artichoke Crab Dip
This hot dip is simple and wonderful! Lump crabmeat is folded into a creamy artichoke mixture. Serve with crackers or warm bread slices.
Chorizo Burger
These flavorful beef and chorizo burgers are topped with caramelized onions, a smoky red pepper and ranch sauce, and shavings of Manchego cheese atop sweet brioche buns.
