In this case it's used as a base (like ketchup) to make a really tasty dish. I used the best ideas of several Sloppy Joe recipes on the Allrecipes website, added my own twist, and expanded it for a crowd.

Crispy outside, soft inside. Place burgers on buns and add condiments and toppings of choice, e.g. lettuce, pickles, tomato, raw or grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, avocado, jalapenos, bell peppers, ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, etc.
Juicy Butt Steaks
My mom used to make these juicy butt steaks, and it is my favorite recipe. The pork butts come out so tender and juicy. Butts are a favorite in my family. Serve them with baked or mashed potatoes and a veggie. If you like a lot of sauce, double the recipe; the sauce is fantastic.
