This spaghetti cacio e pepe recipe has been made in our family for many years, and everyone loves it. It is a very basic and easy variation on mac and cheese.
Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Muffins
Moist, delicious, and at least quasi-healthful. I was very pleased with how they turned out.
Easy Turkey Taco Soup
Easy soup to make using ingredients that I always have on hand. My husband loves this stuff. He likes to put a big spoonful of leftover mashed potatoes in the bowl and cover it with the soup. I like it served with corn chips and grated cheese. For a spicier soup, add a few diced jalapenos.
