This savory apple cider glaze goes great with roasted Brussels sprouts, pork chops, or a cheese board. It will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cider vinegar

Instructions

    Bring apple cider and apple cider vinegar to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until reduced to 1/2 cup, 30 to 35 minutes. Glaze will continue to thicken as it cools.
