- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cups cider vinegar

Bring apple cider and apple cider vinegar to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until reduced to 1/2 cup, 30 to 35 minutes. Glaze will continue to thicken as it cools.

Cover and chill until ready to use, or up to 3 weeks.
