- 1.75 cups Swanson chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning , crushed
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 0.75 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese , plus more for serving

Heat broth and Italian seasoning in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Stir in spinach and rice; reduce heat to low. Cover saucepan; cook until rice is tender, 20 minutes. Stir in ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Serve with additional cheese.
