This is my version of Waldorf salad. It's a very fast and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons distilled white vinegar or to taste
  • 1 apple - peeled , cored, and chopped
  • 1 large stalk celery , diced
  • 0.5 cups raisins
  • 0.5 cups chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Whisk mayonnaise and vinegar together in a mixing bowl.

    Add apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.

  3. 3

    Chill salad before serving, at least 30 minutes.
