This snickerdoodle protein shake is satisfying like a cookie, with cinnamon and butter extract for that cookie vibe, but a better-for-you, filling snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 , 40 gram
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake flavor pudding mix
  • 1 ablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoons butter flavor extract , such as Watkins

Instructions

    Add water and ice into a high powered blender. Blend on high until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
