- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder , 40 gram
- 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake flavor pudding mix
- 1 ablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoons butter flavor extract , such as Watkins
