This snow ice cream is very easy to make. I have fond memories of my mom making this for us when I was a child. Now I get to make it for my 3-year-old.
Ingredients
- 1 gallon clean snow
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk

When it starts to snow, place a large, clean bowl outside to collect flakes.

When the bowl is full, mix in sugar and vanilla. Stir in just enough milk for desired consistency. Serve at once.
