This snow ice cream is very easy to make. I have fond memories of my mom making this for us when I was a child. Now I get to make it for my 3-year-old.
Ingredients
- 1 gallon clean snow
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
-
1
When it starts to snow, place a large, clean bowl outside to collect flakes.
-
2
When the bowl is full, mix in sugar and vanilla. Stir in just enough milk for desired consistency. Serve at once.

Barb's Chocolate Sauce
If you like a sweet chocolate sauce this is for you. It has been used over ice cream, angel food cake, brownies, and spoons! It's easy to make and stores well in the refrigerator. I usually do a double recipe and store in the refrigerator until we are out. Enjoy.
Roast Beef Horseradish Roll-Ups
I make a batch of this recipe for roast beef horseradish roll-ups on Sunday and give them to the hubby and kids in their lunches throughout the week. They are also great to put out for parties!
Fudge Sauce
Keep in a jar in the fridge, and heat in the microwave by the spoonful to pour over ice cream, or cake and ice cream, or whatever!
