Ukrainian Dill and Garlic Pickles
This Ukrainian dill and garlic pickle recipe was handed down to me by my mother, Sofia, whose pickles were always in great demand.
Juicy Butt Steaks
My mom used to make these juicy butt steaks, and it is my favorite recipe. The pork butts come out so tender and juicy. Butts are a favorite in my family. Serve them with baked or mashed potatoes and a veggie. If you like a lot of sauce, double the recipe; the sauce is fantastic.
Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
Slow-cook two corned beef briskets for sandwiches on your stovetop! Just simmer them with beer, garlic, and bay leaves, then shred the meat and set it out with rolls, mustard, and coleslaw for people to make their own sandwiches.
