This is a delicious chicken cacciatore recipe that stems from my family's traditional recipes. Very flavorful and full of wholesome vegetables with an amazing flavor. So many tomato sauces are so bitter, but this utilizes plain white sugar to cut the bitterness and soften the sauce to make it delicious! This will end up sweet, savory, and spicy. Simple and easy to make as well! Serve over choice of pasta, rice, or just plain.

Classic American-Style Potato Salad
A classic potato salad recipe. Most potato salads look and taste better when made with low-starch red boiling potatoes. You can use any size of this variety, but the small new potatoes cook 10 to 15 minutes faster than the larger ones. Choose potatoes that are all roughly the same size, if possible, so they cook in the same time.
Linguine with Peppers and Sausage
This sausage linguine is a very quick and delicious dish. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
Orzo with Feta, Cucumber and Tomato
Beat the summer heat with this special Greek recipe for orzo with feta, cucumber, and tomato. It makes a large batch and is good for parties and picnics, or you can keep it all to yourself. It will stay in the fridge for four days or so. It is really nice for summer get-togethers and parties as you can make it well in advance.
