Mexican Chicken Taco Casserole
This flavorful taco casserole recipe is an easier deconstructed way of serving tacos. Top with your favorite toppings, like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, etc. Adjust the seasonings to your preference; if you're worried the flavor profile will be too strong, you can start with less than what's called for and add more as desired.
Chocolate Tart
This homemade chocolate tart looks like it came out of a French bakery! The chocolate ganache is rich, glossy, and easy to make with just cream and chocolate chips. I cut it into small slices and serve with coffee for a delicious dessert.
Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Salmon is baked in a lemon dill butter sauce for this wonderful (and easy) recipe I got from my aunt. The flavors really complement the fish here. I like to use wild Alaskan salmon for this recipe, but any salmon will work. I usually don't measure, so these are all estimates. Play with the ingredients to suit your own tastes!
