This strawberry cheesecake dump cake is assembled quickly from cake mix, cream cheese, strawberries, and strawberry pie filling. It's especially delicious served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix , 15.25 ounce
  • 10 tablespoons butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Pour pie filling into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Gently fold in fresh strawberries.

    Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth. Spoon mixture over strawberries.
