This is always a winner in our house. The gravy is not a really thick gravy, but the taste more than makes up for it. Serve over biscuits or toast.

- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Stir flour, beef bouillon, and black pepper into sausage until evenly coated and grease is absorbed, 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually stir milk into sausage mixture; add Worcestershire sauce. Simmer gravy, stirring often, until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes.

Spinach Lasagna with Walnut Pesto
A simple lasagna recipe that pairs the rich taste of spinach with a delicious walnut pesto.
Butternut Squash and Cranberry Muffins
I got some butternut squash and cranberries (both I am not fond of) in my Bountiful Basket last week. Not having a clue what to do with them, I came up with this surprisingly yummy muffin. I made up this butternut squash and cranberry muffins recipe with what I had on hand. It is really very light, tasty, and not too sweet. I serve mine with honey or sweetened cream cheese. If possible, always choose organic.
Chicken Broth in a Slow Cooker
This crockpot recipe for whole chicken soup makes broth for use in other recipes. Because it's made in the slow cooker, you don't need to fuss with it. I like to use breasts and wings, but any bone-in pieces will make a nice broth.
