Cilantro Tomato Corn Salad
Very quick and tasty sidedish that can be altered to taste, almost every ingredient except the corn is optional. Very pretty side dish also. I've made this for many different people and haven't had one complaint yet. It's especially good if you just don't have the time to cook but don't want junk food.
Poblano Corn Chowder
This recipe is a very creamy and spicy corn chowder with shrimp and poblano peppers. The lobster base is optional, but in my opinion, you should use it if you can.
Butter Pound Cake
This is a really rich pound cake recipe that is delicious plain, with ice cream or a fruit topping such as peaches.
