- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
Instructions

4
Stir together onion, honey, balsamic vinegar, red wine, and rosemary in a medium bowl until well combined; spread over pork loin.
-
5
Roast pork loin in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with raisins. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before removing toothpicks and slicing.

Erin's Canadian Fried Dough
This recipe is passed down from my Nana who was famous for her doughnuts. This is one she would make us on a cold winters day after skating all day on the outdoor rink. It is a popular treat when skating on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa, Canada.
Brookies (Brownie Cookies)
This brookie recipe was inspired by a co-worker who couldn't decide if she wanted brownies or chocolate chip cookies for her birthday treat. Since she said I should just pick one, I thought this up on the way home. I couldn't find a recipe like it on Allrecipes, so I created it. These brookies go quickly; I usually make a double batch in a jelly roll pan.
