Southwest Breakfast Burritos
This Mexican-inspired breakfast burrito recipe makes a large batch of fixings. My wife and I love eating Mexican, so I came up with this recipe for more variety in our morning meals. We are busy and don't have time to make elaborate meals in the morning. In the past, we have bought frozen breakfast burritos, but they are not very tasty, and I knew they could be improved.

These little pumpkin splet muffins are not dense; the texture resembles a light cake. Spelt is an ancient grain that is easier to digest than flour. Baking time will vary depending on your oven, so start checking these at 18 minutes.
Strawberries and Cream Buttercream
Smooth and creamy strawberry buttercream made with real strawberries and cream cheese. Tastes like a strawberry smoothie! This recipe will generously frost 24 cupcakes or 1 cake. Refrigerate if not using immediately. You may need to return frosting to room temperature before using.
