This decadent tiramisu cheesecake combines the rich flavors of tiramisu and New York cheesecake to make a creamy dessert for lovers of coffee and cheesecake!
Ingredients
- 1 package ladyfingers , 12 ounce
- 0.25 cups unsalted butter , melted
- 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a pan of water on the lowest oven rack.
-
2
To make the crust: Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs. Place crumbs into a bowl with melted butter and coffee-flavored liqueur; stir until evenly combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
-
3
To make the filling: Beat cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until very smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix in coffee-flavored liqueur. Add flour and eggs; mix on low speed just until smooth. If batter seems too thick, mix in heavy cream. Pour batter over the crust.
-
4
Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven until just set, 40 to 45 minutes.
-
5
Open the oven door, turn off the heat, and leave cheesecake to cool on the center rack for 20 minutes.
-
6
Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 30 more minutes.
-
7
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
-
8
Just before serving, grate semisweet chocolate over the top.

Chef John's Blueberry Dutch Baby
You're in for a huge treat with this blueberry studded baked pancake--it's rich and satisfying but surprisingly light tasting. The true magic of a Dutch baby is the contrast of texture between the crispy, crusty outside and the soft, custardy, fruity center. This version is not only gorgeous and delicious, but it's fun and simple to make! There's no sugar in the batter, so all the sweetness comes from the berries and the powdered sugar. For a sweeter version, serve with maple syrup like regular blueberry pancakes.
Walnut Cups
Everyone in my family loves this cookie. They're like little pecan pies and you can make them with pecans instead of walnuts if you choose. You will need a mini muffin pan for this recipe.
Chocolate Sour Cream Fudge
This fudge recipe is made with sour cream which gives the candy a pleasant tang. Whenever I sell it at our local Christmas bazaar I never have any left!
