Forgotten Cookies II
Easy to make. Just mix them and put in the oven and forget them for 5 to 6 hours. I do them at night and leave them all night in the oven.
Baked Ziti Alfredo with Cajun Chicken
To me, this baked ziti is the ultimate comfort food. The spiciness of the Cajun chicken is complemented by the smooth creaminess of the Alfredo sauce. Delicious with a nice glass of white wine.

These delicious chocolate cookies taste like brownies. They're crisp on the outside, soft, and fudgy on the inside.
