This adobo seasoning is often used in Mexican and Filipino dishes. I've recently started mixing my own seasonings.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Stir together salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder in a bowl.

Store in a sealed jar in a cool, dry place.
