Easy Homemade Pie Crust
This homemade pie crust is my personal favorite and is made using a food processor, which makes cutting the butter into the flour very simple, without overworking the dough. You can make a double batch of this and freeze the individually wrapped dough for future pie-related adventures.
Oatmeal Energy Bars
These tasty vegan energy bars taste just like full-fat, non-vegan oatmeal cookies. Completely irresistible. They are great as breakfast bars with coffee, as an in-between meal snack to keep you going, or a healthy dessert! Once you try them, you will never bother with non-vegan oatmeal cookies again!
