I googled blackberry jalapeño jelly to no avail so I spent the weekend creating my own recipe. Darn good, quick, and easy! Goes great on crackers with cream cheese. Sweet with a warm bite. I picked a bowl of blackberries, put them through my juicer, then froze the juice until I was ready to make the jelly.
Blood Orange Marmalade
Growing up, I was not a fan of marmalade since it was kind of firm and dense, had a bitter taste, and I could never figure out why it was full of chopped-up pieces of what we used to throw away when we peeled an orange. I've been a huge fan of that style ever since, and it's exactly the kind I'm showing you in this recipe!
