This two-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe is the easiest fudge ever, and it is so good. Every time I make it, I get so many compliments on how great it is. I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as I do.
Ingredients
- 1 pound white confectioners' coating , white almond bark
- 1 jar peanut butter , 18 ounce
Instructions
-
1
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by several inches on each side.
-
2
Place almond bark in a large glass microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on low power until melted, smooth, and creamy, about 5 minutes, stirring every 30 to 60 seconds. Stir in peanut butter until fudge is thoroughly combined. Spread into the prepared baking dish.
-
3
Refrigerate until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan using the overhanging plastic wrap as handles; slice into 48 squares with a pizza cutter.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you can't decide what kind of cookie to make, this peanut butter-oatmeal cookie recipe has it all. The oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips are a chewy and flavorful combination.
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Gelato
The original recipe called for heavy cream and egg yolks. This is my attempt to lighten it a little. The photo is of the gelato base.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
These no-bake peanut butter cookies were always served for school lunch. After marrying, I got the recipe from one of the cooks and have made it many times. This cookie is sometimes made with cocoa powder, but I like this recipe better; it doesn't use any.
