Five ingredients and water is all you'll need to get this 5-ingredient cheesy taco soup on the dinner table in no time. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, or whatever you like. I like to serve it with tortilla chips instead of crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning , 1 ounce
- 1 can pinto beans , 15½ ounce
- 1 jar black bean and corn salsa , 24 ounce
- 0.75 cups prepared salsa con queso dip
- 1.5 cups water
Instructions
-
1
Crumble ground beef in a soup pot over medium-high heat. Add taco seasoning packet. Cook until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
-
2
Drain grease and add beef mixture back to the pot. Stir in pinto beans, salsa, cheese dip, and water.
-
3
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with toppings of choice.

No-Fail Pound Cake
This pound cake made with cake mix is simple to make and the best I've ever tasted. I often take one to work, where it quickly disappears. I also use this recipe at Christmas time to make 6 small loaves for gifts, which take about 45 minutes to bake.
Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch
This rhubarb raspberry crisp is a summer refresher. It features a yummy blend of rhubarb and raspberries surrounded by a brown sugar and oat crust. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or pour on some half-and-half.
