Fresh Tomato Salsa Restaurant-Style
My family loves the salsa from Carlos O'Kelly's. This is as close as I can come and it is delicious! You can add anything to this salsa, we've added different peppers or more garlic. It's always good.
Better Morning Glory Muffins
Morning glory muffins made with less fat and sugar, whole wheat flour, and flaxseed make them healthier without anyone noticing. Swapping raisins for dried cranberries? A game-changer. Even the kids love them!
Easter Popcorn
This popcorn is an easy and festive way to enjoy some leftover Easter candy! You can use any kind of candy, nuts, or "mix-ins" that you like! And make sure to adjust the salt at the end, it really helps to balance out the sweetness! Make sure to store this in a cool, dry, and airtight container, or the popcorn will become soft. It should be eaten within a few days of being made.
