Egg and Hash Brown Pie
Not only is this breakfast casserole with hash browns and bacon easy to make and great tasting, but it's also pleasing to the eyes with its shades of golden brown, yellow, and green. This dish is great served with sliced fruit and toast or muffins. You may substitute chopped cooked ham for the bacon if you wish.
Mayonnaise Biscuits
These mayonnaise biscuits are simple but tasty. You can't taste the mayonnaise, but it gives the biscuits a light and fluffy texture. For rolled and cut biscuits, use just enough milk to hold the dough together.
Tourtière (French Pork Pie)
This tourtière (French pork pie) is the recipe my grandmother used to make. It only uses pork for the pie and is delicious. I make one for my father every Christmas Eve; he loves it!
