- 1 package frozen cauliflower tots , 16 ounce

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Coat air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place as many cauliflower tots as fit into the basket, making sure they do not touch, cooking in batches as necessary.

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Flip tots; continue cooking until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes more.
