These air fryer ham and cheese wraps couldn't get any easier, and all with only 5 ingredients. Think ham and melty cheese nestled in a warm and toasty tortilla. It's just the two of us and my air fryer basket is small, so I wrote this up for 2 servings, but the recipe can easily be doubled if you have a large air fryer or want to work in batches.
Ingredients
- 4 (7-inch flour tortillas
- 0.25 cups spicy mustard
- 8 thins slices deli ham
- 4 slices olby-Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
-
1
Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon mustard in a thin, even layer over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch edge free of mustard.
-
2
Place 2 slices of ham on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 1 slice of cheese. Fold opposing edges of the tortilla to overlap the filling. Roll 1 of the opposing edges around the filling creating a burrito.
-
3
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
-
4
Brush tops of wraps with melted butter. Place wraps in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes.
-
5
Using tongs, transfer wraps to a cutting board. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Blueberry and Vanilla Custard Tart
This tart may take a bit of time to assemble, but it's worth the effort! With a rich vanilla custard sitting atop a cinnamon-y shortbread crust and finished off with a fresh blueberry topping, it's sure to wow! This is also fantastic with a simple shortbread crust, so feel free to omit the cinnamon and cream of tartar from the crust, if desired. Make sure to allow for plenty of time for cooling!
Mini Cheesecakes III
This is a delicious recipe that is perfect for an on-the-go snack. Plus it is a great treat for kids.
Potato Pizza
This recipe was born on a night when I hadn't gone grocery shopping, didn't have any tomato sauce or traditional pizza fixins on hand, but I did have a bag of potatoes that needed using. It has become a staple for us since that night (who doesn't love carbs on carbs!?) and has gone through dozens of iterations (with or without meat or fish, adding caramelized onions or roasted garlic as an extra layer, swapping in different types of cheese or omitting the cheese), all of which have been a hit. Because it's so simple, there are tons of things you can add to the mix and have it taste great, but you truly don't need anything other than the potatoes, herbs, and pizza dough. Anything else is just a bonus!
