These air fryer hot honey glazed carrots are a delicious side dish, and so easy to make, with only 3 ingredients—baby carrots, hot honey, and butter.

- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons hot honey , such as Mike's Hot Honey®

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket with nonstick spray.

Cook in the preheated air fryer, tossing every 7 minutes, until carrots are roasted and fork-tender, about 15 to 22 minutes. Toss cooked carrots in reserved sauce.

Seasoned Swai Fish Fillet
This swai fish dish is delicious. I typically do not like fish; however, I love this one! It is light-tasting and, in my opinion, does not have a fishy taste. I serve this fish with English peas or green beans and wild rice or rice pilaf.
Rotel Biscuit Bombs
For these yummy appetizers, biscuit dough is filled with ground beef, rotel tomatoes, and cheese. A great bite that hits all the spots.
Mediterranean Flatbread
These Mediterranean flatbreads are packed with fresh flavor, piled with tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion, pepperoncini, and feta cheese. They look a little fancy, but are uncomplicated and perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.
