These air fryer Parmesan chicken skewers are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Dip in ranch dressing or any sauce you like.
Ingredients
- 1.25 pounds chicken breast tenders
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoons paprika
- 0.5 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
-
2
Place chicken tenders in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Add grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat until evenly combined.
-
3
Thread a tender on to each skewer and place each skewer in the basket of the air fryer in an even layer. They can touch, but should not overlap.
-
4
Cook for 7 minutes. Flip skewers and cook until chicken is no longer pink at the center and juices run clear, about 3 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center of chicken should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Tender Tomato Chicken Breasts
This stewed chicken and tomato recipe is a light, juicy, flavorful dish. Being a mom of a 7-month-old child, I've learned to take a lot of shortcuts and still be able to cook quality food. This is quick, easy, and tasty. If you absolutely must use fresh veggies, that's ok, but frozen veggies, in my opinion, work a little bit better. Serve with rice, if desired. To kick it up a bit, add chopped green peppers in with the tomatoes.
