These whipped potatoes are a perfect complement to any meal. I add a bit of room-temperature cream cheese and a tablespoon of sour cream without telling the family. They turn out perfect, fluffy, and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 5 pounds yellow potatoes , peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubs
- 0.25 cups butter at room temperature
- 0.25 cups cream cheese at room temperature
- 0.5 cups warm milk , or more as needed
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Sicilian Sausage Rolls (Tomasini)
This is my take on Sicilian sausage rolls (tomasini), pizza dough spirals filled with ricotta and Italian sausage. They may not be that authentic, but they are extremely delicious. If you buy some ready-made pizza dough, they are also extremely easy.
