This creamy ambrosia salad is easy, easy, easy! If you like maraschino cherries, you can use them; if not, remember there are maraschino cherries in your fruit cocktail. Also, a little juice from the maraschino cherries will color your fruit salad a festive red.
Ingredients
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2.5 cups shredded coconut
- 1 can mandarin oranges , 11 ounce
- 1 jar maraschino cherries , 10 ounce
- 1 container frozen whipped topping , 8 ounce
- 1 can pineapple chunks , 8 ounce
- 1 can fruit cocktail , 8 ounce
- 0.5 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg , Optional
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , Optional

Gather all ingredients.

Place marshmallows, coconut, oranges, cherries, whipped topping, pineapple, fruit cocktail, nuts, nutmeg, and cinnamon into a large serving bowl; mix until well combined.

Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 to 45 minutes before serving.

This is a Bulgarian variant of moussaka that my family makes.

A very simple Chinese stir-fry dish which is fabulous in taste. I saw my husband going for two additional servings of it and I had to remind him to leave some for the rest of the family! Serve with hot steamed rice.
