Ingredients
- 2 eggs , beaten
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups raisins

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, cinnamon, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla, and raisins. Form small cakes out of the batter.

Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat, fry the cakes until both sides are browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Easy and Delicious Slow Cooker Cassoulet
I am married to a chef, but I can't cook. So I make a lot of food in my slow cooker when it's my night to cook. We love France and French cooking, and this recipe is a wonderfully simple, elegant cassoulet that even I can make and he loves. Wonderful for cold nights and dinner parties. Double the recipe for leftovers — it melds overnight very well.
