- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 Granny Smith apple , cored

Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined; spoon into apple core. Wrap apple in a large piece of heavy aluminum foil, twisting the extra foil into a tail for a handle.

Cook apple in the coals of a campfire or grill until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove apple from the coals and unwrap carefully to avoid being burnt by hot sugar.
