Super-Moist No-Bake Chocolate and Oatmeal Cookies
I love these super-moist, no-bake chocolate and oatmeal cookies! The only problem I have encountered when making this recipe is that the cookies seem to fall apart due to dryness. As the recipe directs, adding more milk and less oatmeal solves that problem.

Tender and delicious pancakes featuring peanut butter, bananas, and chocolate chips! Inspired by the folklore surrounding Elvis and his fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Serve with butter and maple syrup and try not to think about the weight you're about to gain! Enjoy!!

This is an easy salad for hot summer nights, and actually it's great year-round. You can substitute cooked roast beef slices or shrimp for the chicken.
