This avocado butter is flavored with lime juice and cumin. Slather it on sourdough toast for avocado toast, top eggs with it, use it as a dip, or top tacos with it. The possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
- 0.33 cups avocado
- 0.25 cups butter , softened
- 0.5 teaspoons lime juice
- 0.13 teaspoons cumin
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place avocado, butter. lime juice, and cumin in a bowl. Mash until smooth, or use an immersion blender to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
