Large shrimp tend to get rubbery when cooked. Grilling them is an excellent alternative, like in this recipe for bacon-wrapped shrimp on the grill. The bacon keeps them from drying out.
Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 10 stripss bacon
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
-
2
Wrap shrimp in bacon strips; secure with toothpicks.
-
3
Cook on the preheated grill until bacon is fully cooked, flipping once, 3 to 4 minutes. Shrimp will be done when bacon is fully cooked.
