Egg White Breakfast Bites
These low-calorie, low-fat egg white bites make a quick weekday breakfast and they're equally as convenient for midday snacks. In order not to waste egg yolks and to save time, I like to use a carton of liquid egg whites. Egg whites tend to be rubbery, so adding in the cottage cheese helps make them creamier. You can store extras in the freezer and reheat as needed.
Turkish Doner Kebab
This doner kebab is so tasty — I'm sure once you try it, you'll want to make it again and again! Serve with lightly toasted pita or flatbread, chili sauce, and a salad of shredded cabbage, carrot, onion, and sliced cucumber. It's easy to make in advance, slice and freeze for whenever you get that craving!
Vintage Lemonade
In the 1800's this is how people made lemonade—you can do it too! It's not that difficult, and tastes wonderful!
