- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
5
Toss with cooked penne, and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with mozzarella.
-
6
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
-
7
Serve hot and enjoy!

Overnight Bubble Bread
One of the easiest and best tasting recipes for breakfast! Remember, when planning to make these, they must rise overnight! My mom made these for us when we were young...I remember waking up to the wonderful aroma of them baking!
Chef John's Buttermilk Biscuits
This deceptively simple buttermilk biscuit recipe can come out a million different ways with some very minor variations on the ingredients and amounts. This one's my favorite — flaky, but not dry; chewy, but not tough; and crisp in just the right spots. Ice-cold butter and some extra dough folding are key to having lots of flaky layers in each golden brown buttermilk biscuit.
Apple Ring Pancakes
These apple ring pancakes are half pancake, half donut. Fresh apple rings coated with pancake batter, cooked in a hot skillet, then dipped into cinnamon sugar. Served with maple syrup, these apple rings are a fall must-have.
