Ingredients

  • 1.75 pounds new potatoes , halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped fresh chives , divided
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; fill with just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low; simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain; cool under cold running water.
