Donut Pan Egg Sandwiches
Breakfast sandwiches have never been easier than with this simple trick. Use your donut pan to create fluffy, stuffed omelet rings perfect for a toasty bagel (or biscuit) sandwich. The whole dish comes together in the oven, so you won't have to spend the morning standing over the stove top. Customize with your favorite breakfast meats, cheeses, veggies, or toppings.
"Everything" Seasoning Phyllo Crackers
These phyllo crackers have a delicate, flaky texture with a buttery flavor. Bagel seasoning can be found at most major retailers or you can make your own. These can be a little finicky to make at first, but once you get the hang of it, you will be hooked!
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake from Scratch
This pineapple upside-down cake from scratch is an old-fashioned recipe from my German grandmother. She used this same cake batter for many different fruits as an alternative to pineapple. She often used fresh Italian prunes or pitted fresh cherries. My grandparents owned a bakery, and this cake was very popular in the 1950s and 1960s. Serve it warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.
